Account statement

Please note in all cases:

• You do not need an account statement for your tax return. Tax on assets in the 2nd pillar is not due until payout and therefore these assets do not need to be declared until then.

We need the following documents from you in order to send you your account statement:

• Signed and completed form "Order account statement"
• Copy of your OASI (AHV/AHS) card
